Overview

On weekdays from Monday to Friday, orders will be handled and shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified by e-mail with either a tracking number or shipping reference. 

Orders received on Friday to Sunday will be treated the following workday. 

If your product is not available, you will receive an e-mail with the updated delivery date. 

We only ship to professional customers with a valid VAT registration. Should we find any irregularities with your order, we will take necessary action. Your order will be canceled and refunded.
